Rugs USA Rebrand Proposal

The goals for this rebrand were to differentiate the the brand from the various other discount rug retailers that use the word "Rugs" in their name and create a more robust visual language to use across platforms and mediums.

    The treatment of the "R" letterform mimics the roll of the edge of a rug. The treatment of the "USA" in the wave shape is meant to resemble a flag or rug.

    The unique treatment of the "R" and the "USA" in a flag are the cornerstones of the wordmark. These 2 visual treatments can be used in a variety of ways and formats.
